RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY 

We want you to love your purchase, but if  you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 15 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below.

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original invoice. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable. Returns will be made to the original form of payment. 

Layka Jewelry E-Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

Exception: Custom made jewelry can't be neither returned or exchange.
