Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 via USPS. Orders under this threshold will be charged a delivery and shipping fee. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if email was not received or track your order by clicking "Account" and then "My Orders".
Please note that UPS ground and UPS 2nd day are available at an additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
Layka accepts an unused item within 15 days of delivery (Custom Jewelry and Clearance are excluded)
To initiate a return please contact us at laykajewrlyus@gmail.com to obtain authorization for the return and receive additional instructions. We cannot accept any returns that have not been authorized by our team.
If the return is a result of an error on our end, we will provide a prepaid shipping label once a team member has responded to your inquiry.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your discretion and cost, insured. We are not liable for damaged caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned.
